Summary The LGA’s Education and Training Service has scheduled a ‘Section 7 Statements Managing Enquiries’ on the 15th April 2019 at Local Government House Adelaide. This training will be available face to face and via webinar. Further information can be found in this circular.

This ‘Section 7 Statements Managing Enquiries’ program will assist councils meet their statutory obligations under the Land and Business (Sale and Conveyancing) Act 1994 and Regulations 2010, when requested to provide information as a result of enquiries in relation to the sale of land.
