How does the ICAC affect you?

The Independent Commissioner Against Corruption, the Hon. Bruce Lander QC, invites you to an information session at the Lameroo Memorial Hall so he can explain how South Australia’s first independent anti-corruption body affects you.

The Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act 2012 (ICAC Act) has consequences for elected members, as indeed it does for all public officers.

The ICAC Act empowers the Commissioner’s office to identify and investigate corruption in public administration and to prevent and minimise corruption, misconduct and maladministration in South Australian public administration.

The Commissioner will also provide an opportunity for members to ask him questions.
